Episode One

[Will Wikle]

Well, well, well… Will is back, bitches. I have to say, I’m a little concerned coming into this game. On one hand, I don’t think I’ll be an obvious target because there are much bigger fish here – but on the other hand, I think people might think I’m an easy early boot. I don’t know. I have a few other disadvantages as well. Being the smart guy that I am, I accidentally spilled beer on my laptop, and it left me without the use of my M or S keys – which means that chatting, socializing, and challenges could prove to be difficult for me. I’m working on getting it fixed, and I do spend a lot of time at my office, so hopefully it won’t be a huge barrier for me. We’ll see…

Coming into the game, my strategy is to get myself into alliances with several people and hope for the best. I don’t want to win challenges early on, but if season 2 is any indication, I don’t have to worry about that cause I sucked. I am worried about previous relationships because I know that a lot of people are friends. I really only know a couple of people outside of those from season 2.

Here are pre-game my thoughts on the cast.

People who (to my knowledge), I don’t know: David, Eddie, Jason, Jessica, Lydia, James, Roddy… that’s kind of a lot of people.

The others:

Chelsia Hart – I love love love Chelsia. She is such a good egg, and I think she’s going to be someone who I can completely trust. We’ve played in a few games together in the past, and we’ve always worked well together. I imagine she has some close allies already, but she’s someone whose back I’ll have for as long as I’m in this game.

Janelle Pierzina- My interactions with Janelle have been very limited, but for the most part I like what I know about her. I think she's going to be a tough competitor.

Jun Song- Jun is crazy. I tried to talk to her and say hello but she didn’t seem too interested in talking. I have to say, when I saw the cast, she was the person I was most surprised to see come back for All Stars.

Natalie Cunial- Natalie is an interesting element in this game. She’s incredibly aggressive and most people I know tend to dislike her. I however actually get along with Natalie, and the two of us have talked about having an alliance. I don’t really want it to get out too much that we have an alliance, because I think she’ll be a target for a lot of people just based on that she is so outspoken. The good thing is that I imagine people will always vote her out instead of me if we were on the block together. We’ll see…

Nathan Marlow- A super nice guy, and someone I would like to work with.

Renny Martyn – Again, someone I know from other games and someone who I like very much. I definitely want to work with Renny.

Sarah Hrejsa- Sarah to me is probably the biggest wildcard in this game because our relationship is pretty strained after Warzone 2. I don’t think I’m going to come after her necessarily, but I really don’t think she is someone that I can trust. I know how she plays though, and that is to make a TON of alliances that she eventually has to break. I definitely have my eye on her.

Sheila Kennedy- Sheila is awesome. I think she’ll probably be a target because her reputation as a competitor makes her incredibly dangerous, but I’d much rather be with Sheila than against Sheila. Hopefully she feels the same about me.


So that’s it. I am excited to get started and hopefully I can start talking to these people soon (I don’t know most of their AIM screen names, I’m afraid). I'm sure my opinions on everyone will change once I get started. I really need to be social this week if I want to avoid being an early boot. I want people to think I'm just a nice guy who is not a threat. But don't kid yourself. I'm here to win. I've only played in 2 All Star games before, and I won both of them. I'm not about to lose this one.

Oh, and I'm super excited to see how the Saints vs. Sinners element will unfold. I imagine I'll be a saint? I was pretty bitchy last time, but I didn't do it to anyone's face. It was all pretty much kept to myself in the diary room. I suppose I could go either way, but compared to some of these other bitches who are in this house, I was pretty tame.

I just had a chat with Eddie. He actually seems really cool. I would like to work with him at some point I'd imagine. We didn't solidify anything other than our mutual decision to not target one another.

I also chatted more with Jun. I think she wants to work with me. At this point, I'm kind of out here on my own and I'll be willing to work with anyone for the first part of the game. It sounds like Jun has some leftover resentment towards the season 2 cast. I actually am hoping that the season 2 cast can come together. I think we'd be a strong force if we could figure out how to trust each other.

I also suggested to Nathan that maybe season 2 should work together. He said he was down with that, but I think there's obviously going to be some trust issues left over from the past. I do feel good about the fact that I don't think I really have any enemies in this game. Sarah is probably the closest I have, and I really have no idea what her feelings toward me are. I need to have a conversation with her and let her know that I'm not after her. Which I'm not... yet.

Whatever happens, I have a very real feeling that things in this game are going to get very ugly very fast. There are a lot of loud mouthed bitches up in this house, and it's my hope that they will all tear each other apart for the first couple of rounds until I can secure some good allies. In season 2, I basically made it to the end without ever really having any allies. This time, I want to develop some better relationships and get people on my side. It's impossible to win without having people you can trust. Right now that's my biggest goal. Get people to trust me, and learn how to trust them in return.

Hmmm… I’m not exactly sure what that means. Is he making an underhanded jab about how he thinks I don’t deserve to be here? Cause that’s what it initially sounded like - and coming from someone who finished fucking 10TH in his season, that’s just laughable.

Not that I’m terribly surprised. I know there are going to be people who don’t think of me as a threat to win this game, and that’s a good thing. Anyway, Dave seemed nice, but frankly there was something still put me off about him. I don’t know what it was, I just didn’t get a vibe that he was either friendly or interesting. So whatever.

I’ve been doing my best to talk to everyone I can and be social just so people know that I’m invested in the game. But no one is really talking to me about the idea of working together or having alliances. Which wouldn’t normally concern me, except that I talked to Renny and she told me that she had already turned down two final two alliances. Which doesn’t exactly bode well for her in this game. In fact, I got the impression that Renny doesn’t even want to be here. I’m getting the same vibe from Natalie, and since those are two of the people that I wanted to work with originally, I may have to make other plans. At this point, since I need a partner who has drive and determination, I think my best option is Chelsia. She’s someone I know I can trust, and that’s invaluable in this game.

I still haven’t spoken to Crazy James or Janelle. I haven’t seen them online at all. Janelle might have DOR’ed before the game even begins. Seriously, where the fuck is she?

Oh and neither Sheila nor Sarah has responded to my messages so fuck those bitches too. It’s probably best that I separate myself from the season 2 group actually. The more I think about it the more I don’t find any of them interesting anyway.

The most important information I got from this a) she doesn’t like Jessica and b) Nathan really likes Jessica. This is good because I know now not to talk shit about Jessica to Nathan, and also that I can kind of play the two ladies against each other. If they have some kind of female cattiness going on, I can probably use that to my advantage. Especially if they both want to compete for the affection of Nathan.
